// is this for you?

Built for teams that are growing fast.

A good fit

  • SaaS company, roughly 20 to 100 people
  • 2 to 5 development teams
  • Sprints that keep slipping, or releases that feel risky
  • A CTO or Head of Engineering who wants it fixed, not reported on

Not a fit

  • You need extra developers to write code
  • No product in production yet
  • Large enterprise with a formal PMO process
  • You want a long slide deck instead of changes in your own tools
// how it works

Every engagement moves the same way.

The moon is your project. Where it sits on the arc shows how far along it is, and it only moves forward.

Your top 3 delivery problems

scorecard: 4 red · 3 amber · 5 green
  1. Work enters the sprint before it is ready. Fix: a written Definition of Ready and a two-sprint ready buffer.
  2. Releases depend on one person. Fix: readiness checklist with a named owner per step.
  3. Blocked tickets wait instead of moving. Fix: a WIP limit and a daily blocker check.

// about
// built by an engineer, not a slide deck

Luamere was founded by an engineer who has written the front-end code, sat in the incident channel and coordinated the launch. Now we help teams do all three calmly.

Our founder grew up through the whole delivery chain at a US-based SaaS company: support engineering, QA, front-end development, then release management and team leadership.

Along the way: Feature Champion for customer-facing launches, go-to coordinator in high-severity incidents, and part of introducing AI-assisted ways of working across engineering and operations.

// faq

Good questions.

Where should we start?

With the Delivery Health Check. In one week you get your top 3 delivery problems and how to fix them. If you book a Sprint Booster within 30 days, the fee is credited in full.

What does a pilot cost?

Nothing. We are running a small number of Delivery Health Checks as free pilots. In return we ask for honest feedback, a short testimonial if you are happy, and permission to share an anonymised case study. See the pilot.

When can we start?

Free pilots are open now and usually start within one to two weeks of the first call. Paid packages open in spring 2027; they are timed around your sprint or release dates, and we agree the start date in the discovery call.

Do you work with US teams?

Yes. Calls happen in the Dutch afternoon and evening, which is your morning on the East Coast. Invoices in EUR or USD.

What happens to our data?

We only use read-only access, never copy source code or customer data, and report interview answers anonymously. Your data and our working notes are deleted within 30 days after the work ends. AI tools are only used on your information if you agree in writing.

Do you write code for us?

No. The packages fix how work flows and ships: planning, readiness, releases and workflows. Your engineers keep writing the code; we make sure it lands.

How does payment work?

Fixed price, agreed up front. 50% on signing and 50% on delivery, payable within 14 days.

// next step

Make your next release boring.

A free 30-minute call. You tell us what's slowing delivery down; we tell you honestly whether we can help, and which package fits.
