Your data, plainly.
Short version: we collect as little as possible, never sell it, and delete it when it's no longer needed.

What we collect, and why
- When you email us: your name, email address and what you write. Used to reply to you.
- When you book a call: your name, email address and chosen time, through Google Calendar. Used to hold the call.
- When you become a client: what is needed to deliver the work and invoice it, as set out in our agreement.
- On this website: no cookies, no tracking pixels, no visitor statistics and no forms. Fonts are served from our own site. Our host (Netlify) keeps standard server logs for security.
Client data during an engagement
We only use read-only access, never copy source code or customer data, and report interview answers without names. Your data and our working notes are deleted within 30 days after the work ends. AI tools are only used on your information with your written consent.
How long we keep it
- Emails with people who do not become clients: up to 2 years, then deleted.
- Invoices and the related records: 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires.
Who else sees it
Only the services we need to run the business: our email provider (Zoho, EU data centre), Google (Calendar, Docs, Drive) for booking and documents, and our website host (Netlify). We never sell or share your data for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hana@luamere.nl and we will answer within a month. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
